This Privacy Policy explains how Prscnt LLC ("Prscnt", "we") handles information when you use the Prscnt platform (the "Service").

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email, workspace, billing status, and API key identifiers. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card numbers.
• Workspace content you provide: your creator roster, deals, notes, drafts, and settings.
• Connected-tool data you direct us to use: when you connect tools such as Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, QuickBooks, or Apollo, the Service processes the specific data needed to perform the actions you request. We do not store your third-party credentials, and we access connected-tool data only to carry out tasks you initiate.
• Usage data: logs, request counts, and diagnostics used to operate, secure, and improve the Service. We do not log third-party credential values or sensitive payment data.

How we use it

To provide and operate the Service for you, process billing, provide support, secure the platform, and to measure, develop, and improve the Service and the overall user experience. This includes creating and using aggregated and/or de-identified data to build, train, evaluate, and improve our own proprietary platform intelligence, analytics, benchmarks, and recommendation systems. We use creator video analysis to power your own roster search and intelligence within your workspace, and, in aggregated and de-identified form, to improve the Service generally.

Platform intelligence and de-identification

Aggregate market intelligence shown in the Service ("Prscnt platform data") is built from aggregated and/or de-identified signals that do not identify you, your workspace, or any individual. We may derive statistical insights, models, and benchmarks from activity across the Prscnt user base for the purposes described above, and those derived works are owned by Prscnt. If you opt into the data-contribution program, closed-deal outcomes are de-identified (identifiers are cryptographically hashed and details are aggregated) before they inform platform intelligence. We do not sell your personal information, we do not use your identifiable data to train third-party or general-purpose foundation models, and we never expose one customer's individual workspace data to another customer.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service (for example, hosting, payments, and AI infrastructure) under appropriate confidentiality terms, or when required by law.

Data retention and your choices

We retain workspace data while your account is active and as needed for legal and operational purposes. You can request access to or deletion of your data by emailing chris@prscnt.com. You can disconnect any connected tool at any time, which stops further access through that tool.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No system is perfectly secure; keep your API key confidential.
